With features that extend the current EdataSOS Backup Server Configuration Manager interface such as the ability to search for an account and control specific permissions for authorized users, this product saves you time and effort in your enterprise.

In addition to the new features added to the stand-alone Configuration Manager, the Remote Manager has the ability to further extend the product's features and capabilities because the Remote Manager can communicate with more than one backup server. With this boundary alleviated, the possibilities are endless. The new look of the manager, the tab-based interface, is built to resembles the stand-alone Configuration Manager, but will help you start managing all your backup servers remotely, from anywhere, right now!

Configure user access and permission levels
The Remote Manager lets you specify which users will have access to view or change the configuration settings for each backup server.
Server status display
The Remote Manager displays the current status of each backup server all on one page, 5 servers at a time
Search for accounts
The Remote Manager gives you the ability to search for a specific account by any part of the user name or group name in one or more backup servers.
Server summary
The Remote Manager can display several details of the backup server including access to the master logs.
Account summary
The Remote Manager can display a one-page view of the specific details of any single account which includes searching the user logs by date.
Check for updates
The Remote Manager automatically checks for any updates to the Backup Server and Remote Manager components.

The Remote Manager already has the capabilities of BackupAddUser built-in which makes the process of integration a snap.
